HYPAflo-400 and HYPAflo-600

Brand new on the market and launched early 2022, is Advanced Valves’ AD-HYPAflo 400 and AD-Hypaflo 600 Pressure Control Valves.

Advanced Valves was established in 2014, and in the seven years since their inception, they have led the market using a metal replacement polymer for their pressure control valves. Through continuous development, Advanced Valves now have a ground breaking development which is advancing valve technology even further into the future.

Through his extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing over the past 28 years, Richard Wiederhold, Advanced Valves founder and owner, has designed and developed a new hyper flow control valve… the HYPAflo-400 and HYPAflo-600. After a year of research, development, numerous 3D printed design iterations, and rigorous prototype testing, the new valve is believed to have the best flow rate amongst all PCVs in the South African market.

The new sonically welded compression fittings add a new level of reliability and aesthetics, and advanced mould-making techniques, that are able to mould the ball valve body into the main body, result in higher flow rates. Almost all components were tweaked and refined during the development phase, which has resulted in the ground breaking achievement in flow rates in all market related conditions.

The new HYPAflo PCV Pressure Control Valves have a patented device and is SAPCS approved. It is moulded in WRAS approved metal replacement polymer with 22mm DZR compression brass fittings. Each unit is tested and calibrated to ensure individual quality control with a two-year guarantee.

Advanced Valves continues to make giant advances in producing the most affordable highest quality geyser related products available in South Africa.
